This gracious 1950's Cape Cod Colonial Revival is nestled on a gentle hillside in the protected and unspoiled environment of the National Seashore Park. Utterly private with no visible neighbors, the house is less than a mile to beautiful Ballston Beach and the Pamet Trails via quiet and scenic North Pamet Road. The house has been completely refurbished in 2012/13, including a new 700-square-foot mahogany deck, new outdoor shower, three large terraces, a new master bath and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It features high speed wireless internet, Central Air has been installed in 2020, satellite HD flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray player and Bluetooth controlled speakers. Comfortable seating and bedding, early American antiques and rugs from ABC Carpet create a warm, inviting environment for your stay on Cape Cod. Owner has added beautiful barn doors on the garage with screen which makes this a nice pavilion for gathering and has added a ping pong table. This is a sunday to sunday rental.
