This gracious 1950's Cape Cod Colonial Revival is nestled on a gentle hillside in the protected and unspoiled environment of the National Seashore Park. Utterly private with no visible neighbors, the house is less than a mile to beautiful Ballston Beach and the Pamet Trails via quiet and scenic North Pamet Road. The house has been completely refurbished in 2012/13, including a new 700-square-foot mahogany deck, new outdoor shower, three large terraces, a new master bath and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It features high speed wireless internet, Central Air has been installed in 2020 as well as Bluetooth controlled speakers. Comfortable seating and bedding, early American antiques and rugs from ABC Carpet create a warm, inviting environment for your stay on Cape Cod. Owner has added beautiful barn doors on the garage with screen which makes this a nice pavilion for gathering and has added a ping pong table. This is a sunday to sunday rental.
