Most houses do not provide linens. If your rental house DOES provide linens, it will be stated on page 2 of your lease, under #20 Provisions. This does include linens and towels, unless otherwise specified. If the house does provide linens, you do need to wash, dry and put them back where you found them before checking out.
Yes- all rentals provide pillows and blankets. You are also welcome to bring your own if you do not wish to use the ones that the house provides. If you are particular about what you like, we suggest bringing your own.
Most of the kitchens have the basic utensils, plates, cups and appliances that are needed. I there is something you can’t live without, we recommend bringing it with you!
Yes. Some owners will provide you with some toilet paper and paper towels to get you through check-in until you can get to the store, but most do not, and expect you to bring your own. This includes trash bags as well. You are renting a private residence, and it is not a hotel. We don’t have a way of keeping track of all of this in the heat of the busy season. The Cape simply just does not have enough workers here who can assist with these matters, so renters are asked to bring what they need.
Come to our office to check in; 12 Truro Center Road, Truro, MA 02666. We will give you the key and directions to the house. If you feel you may be late or arrive when our office is closed, please call us ahead of time so we can arrange a different plan for you. YOUR CHECK-IN TIME IS ON THE FRONT OF YOUR LEASE.

Your check in time is noted on your lease. Also, it is our policy that we cannot under any circumstances give you the key any earlier than the said check in time. This is also to ensure that the cleaners have time to do their jobs. (NO CHECK-INS BEFORE 4:00 P.M. or Check-In time on Lease)
Please call us and let us know. It is important that we speak with you so that we can arrange for you to get your keys after hours.
At arrival you will be given a departure checklist that you are responsible to do before leaving your property. If it is not completed, you may be subject to an extra cleaning fee. It is important to be out by your check out time for the cleaners to have their amount of time to work before the next tenants arrives. If you check out late, you may be subject to an extra late check out fee. The key to your home needs to be returned to our office by check out time shown on your lease. If you wish to get a head start early in the morning, our front door has a mail slot in it for your convenience to just put the key in.
If renting in Truro, there will be a Beach Sticker Application in your check-in packet. You will need to fill the application out and bring it to the Beach Sticker Office with your car registration. The cost varies per year, please check the website below for information. (Directions to Beach Sticker Office will be in your packet.) YOU MAY NOW GET BEACH STICKERS ONLINE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL for both TRURO and WELLFLEET.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are renting in Wellfleet, you will need a copy of your lease to get a beach sticker from their office. We will have directions to the office when you check in.

If you are renting in Provincetown, you will need a National Seashore Sticker. Passes are available for purchase at beach fee booths during the operating season. Passes are not issued at visitor centers. More info on their website. https://www.nps.gov/caco/planyourvisit/fees.htm
When our office is closed, you may still call and leave a voicemail on our line. The message will go through to the first available agent and someone will call you back right away. Please do not forget to leave your name and the best number to best reach you back at. If you feel in harms way or danger, please call 911.
Please keep in mind that it is the tenant’s responsibility to fill the tank as needed. It does state this in your lease. Here are a few suggestions as to where to fill the tank:

This is an office policy agreed upon by the Owner and this office in order to expedite and secure your rental the best way possible. Personal Checks hold up the process in getting your lease secured!
If you book the lease within 60 days of your arrival date it is all due in full. If not, the payment schedule is outlined on your lease. Please mark it on your calendar so it gets to us on time. Remember: Certified or Bank Check/Money Order or ACH Online Payment!

Using the Sagamore Bridge, follow Route 6 East to Truro. (About 1 hour without traffic) Take the Truro Center, Pamet Road Exit (no number). Following the signs to Truro Center, bear right under the Route 6 Bridge. Our building is straight ahead.
